MOU: Chughtai Healthcare
1st July 2022 marks the beginning of a truly special partnership. We are both grateful and thrilled to have signed an MOU with Chughtai Healthcare, the standard-bearers of healthcare in Pakistan. Collaborating with such a prestigious organization will undoubtedly make an enormous difference when it comes to our cause, which is to ensure that not a single child born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) in Pakistan.
Speaking at the MOU ceremony, Prof. Dr. Akhtar Chughtai – CEO Chughtai Lab, mentioned how they would wholeheartedly support our initiatives, especially the construction of our historic project, Pakistan’s first dedicated Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute (CHHRI). Legendary Pakistani cricketer & PCHF Board Member, Misbah Ul Haq, along with Volunteer CEO PCHF, Mr. Farhan Ahmad, were tremendously appreciative of him and are excited about the massive boost our fundraising & outreach is set to receive under the phenomenal CSR initiative termed ‘Building A Healthier Pakistan’.
Donation boxes will now be placed at all Chughtai Lab branches and we will also receive expert lab setup support from them. With hospital construction in full swing, this collaboration has come at the perfect time. Together, on the journey to conquering CHD, we shall be able to shape a brighter future not only for thousands of children, but entire families affected by the world’s most common birth defect.
