Criteria
Currently enrolled students in a recognized college/institute are eligible to apply.
- Students of 11th Grade and above, currently enrolled in a recognized college/institute are eligible to apply.
- The applicants must have a good record of academics and extracurricular activities.
- The applicants are required to submit the Application Form for review and shortlisting.
- The PCHF Student Ambassadors will be selected for a period of one academic year.
- PCHF reserves the right to cancel the appointment of the ambassadors at any time, at its sole discretion.
- The Ambassadors will be issued an experience letter at the end of their respective tenures, depending on their performance.
- The Ambassadors will be required to connect with us at the beginning of every month to help plan events and activities in their respective institutes. Some examples of events and activities other than the promotion of all the marketing and fundraising campaigns include organising a charity day, charity sports tournament, and/or any other popular activity in their respective institutes.
- All promotional material required for organizing any event/activity will be provided by PCHF.
- The Ambassadors should not accept direct donations from public. The Ambassadors and any volunteers under them should guide the donors to directly submit all the donations to PCHF.
- Ambassadors should nominate a candidate for the following academic year as well.
- Ambassadors should create an official PCHF Chapter, like other societies, in their respective institutes. This Chapter should be able to provide Volunteers for official PCHF events.
