It’s always more than an honour to host distinguished professionals. Their acknowledgement means the world to us! One such individual is Dr. Faizan Rathore (MD, MRCP), a Cardiology Registrar in Dublin, Ireland whose interests include Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant, especially in the young population, Cardiac Devices, cardiovascular disease in pregnancy and ACHD (Adult Congenital Heart Disease). We are pleased to inform you all that he will help build our EP (Electrophysiology) Program along with our team in the USA, and also help lead our UK Chapter. We feel both excited and blessed to have him on board.
Our Volunteer CEO, Mr. Farhan Ahmad, had the opportunity to share in great detail, our mission, which is to ensure that not a single child born with CHD in Pakistan remains untreated. After overseeing the rapid progress our historic project, Pakistan’s first dedicated Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute (CHHRI), is making, Dr. Rathore was delighted to also visit our very own Child Heart Centre at the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital (ULTH). He was tremendously appreciative of our facilities for the children suffering from CHD and their families.
We urge all PCHF supporters to spread the word so that more exceptional individuals are inspired to be a part of our journey to conquering CHD in Pakistan. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of the thousands of children suffering from this life-threatening disease.
