Mr. Ashraf Mohammed Amdani, Founder & CEO of American Textile & Apparel, who is based in Dubai and Miami (USA), paid us a visit and our Volunteer CEO, Mr. Farhan Ahmad, was pleased to welcome him. It was an absolute privilege to have him come over and alongside dedicated PCHF team members, he was given the opportunity to witness firsthand the construction site of our flagship project, Pakistan’s first dedicated Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute, and also the world-class PCHF Cardiac Care Center at the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital (ULTH), our partners in building hope.
It is heartening to have the active support, especially in the USA, of someone who is deeply involved in an array of philanthropic endeavours. He serves on the Board of Trustees at The Childlife Foundation and Universal Health Institute (UHI), is the Founder of the Amdani Family Foundation, Board Member of Obat, Trustee at the Islamic Foundation of South Florida, Vice President of Nur-ul-Islam Academy (NUIA), Vice President of South Florida Muslim Association (SFMA), and a trustee of the World Memon Organization (WMO). We thank him wholeheartedly for sparing his valuable time to come see us and also for taking part in our environmentally friendly initiative of tree-planting next to our hospital. On the journey to conquering Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) in Pakistan, may we continue to grow and inspire others to join us.
