Visit: Honourable Punjab Health Minister, Mr. Khawaja Salman Rafique
It was an absolute privilege to have the Honourable Punjab Health Minister, Mr. Khawaja Salman Rafique, come visit us. He was welcomed by our Volunteer CEO, Mr. Farhan Ahmad, Directors, Mr. Muhammad Ihsan and Dr. Uzma Nazim, Chairman UOL – PCHF partners in building hope, Mr. Awais Raoof, UOL Dean of Student Affairs & PCHF Board Member, Mrs. Ammara Awais, PCHF Medical Advisory Board Member and renowned Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon, Dr. Mohammad Asim Khan, and dedicated PCHF team members.
He was enlightened on our cause through a detailed presentation and after being given an overview of all our projects, he had the opportunity to witness firsthand the progress of our flagship project, Pakistan’s first dedicated Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute. He also got to see our world-class Cardiac Care Center at the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital. The Honourable Health Minister was kind enough to praise all the work we have been doing over the years for deserving families affected by CHD and urged support for our organization. We thank him wholeheartedly for his words and also for sparing his valuable time to come see us. On our journey to conquering CHD, may we continue to grow and achieve all our goals.
