Skardu CHD Screening Camp
We are delighted to inform you all that the diagnostic screening camp for suspected Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) patients in Skardu, and surrounding areas, was a resounding success! Held in partnership with the University Of Lahore (UOL) Relief, over the 4-day camp we were able to screen and diagnose 36 deserving children.
All the Echocardiography tests and consultations were completely free-of-cost, and these patients will also be given free medication until their surgeries/interventions can be carried out at our Child Heart Centre in Lahore, or other partner hospitals throughout the country.
